We went to see the shed bloke in Clontarge this morning, took him to the block - and sussed it all out.
Mark is drawing up a sketch of the block and a few floor plans - I will give them to Mark the shed bloke and he will work out a price.
We have also arranged for a soil test to be done so he knows how much the slab will cost.
So things are under way.

More news about Marks house - we got a copy of the contract and quote from Wide Spa today, and Mark will probably sign it and pay a deposit tomorrow.
He is waiting to see the contract from Mark the builder first, as he wants to make sure he will get his money back from the builder - if the whole thing falls through because of problems with the council.
Should be all resolved by Sat.

Mark paid his deposit yesterday (4/1)and signed the contract with the builder.
So now we will wait for the plans etc to be posted to us by Wide Spa contact the builder and he will arrange for us to have the plans drawn, ( plans specific to Marks block have to drawn showing windows etc.)
These plans will then be given to the certifier for him to do his thing, so as you can see it's all go from now.
Mark is going to have corrugated vertical colourbond steel sheets on all walls.
The most time taken on these projects is getting council approval.

Mark had more stuff done on his block yesterday, they came and did the soil test but we don't know the result yet.
Also he sent more stuff to WideSpa - Mud Map (directions) all the survey stuff such as Plan No PR number etc.

Mark received the plans today - they look good, although they appear to have left out the Battens in the materials list, now I am a bit concerned about this, because the inclusion of Battens in the design was the reason we chose WideSpa.
Anyway I will get to the bottom of it tomorrow.
