Mark - Owner Builder Course

Mark and I are going to see the builder tonight to talk over a few things, it looks as though Mark will have to go Owner Builder, that's no big deal Mark will just have to do a course. One weekend up in Caboolture costs $280 but is good as you can buy stuff at trade rates.
