Guess what they have started Marks House, I went over there today and they were starting to assemble the frame, the Pics show one of the piers that they had to did, there were about 20 of them, the others show the main frame portals being assembed, they will finish that this week and hopefully hire a crane and stand it all up next week.
If you look at the footing Pic you will notice the concrete is about 150mm under the ground, they will drill holes in the concrete and bolt the frame legs to the pads then they will put planks all around the thing and pour the slab, that means that the legs will then be in about 300mm of concrete
