We got the timber for surrounding the posts on the deck today, should look great. I’d say it will cost about $400-$500 but it is really good timber, not rough sawn and wont shrink in time.
Mark has severed contact with Smart Kit Homes now, the house has passed the frame final inspection and Mark made the final payment, so their part is finished, it will be up to Gary to finish off the inside and perhaps do the balustrading etc on the deck.
