Elec & Plumb Soon !

Mark got a quote from Big Mal to do all the plumbing, he is going to do all the sewage, storm water and all the interior pipe work, which is the hot and cold water to all the outlets, plus the pipework to the tank which will supply the toilets and laundry, the quote was for $8000, now I know that sounds like a lot and it is but he is well on the way to coming in near to budget, the electrician is starting tomorrow, then we will whack in some sound proofing and get a quote on the plaster.
