Music Room - Now a Goer :

Good news we have a reasonable offer at last, $21,500, that’s OK when you consider all the work that has to be done, poor Mark has been as happy "as a JAP on ANZAC day" waiting and waiting for the plaster, they should start early next week, first the batons will go up then we will put insulation in the wall and the sparkie will finish off his wiring, he will come back again and put the power points and lights/switches on.
I have been working there the last few days cleaning up, taking all the junk out and also sticking pieces of rubber onto the girts and joists, Mark is going to make the music room as quiet as he can and the rubber will help stop any noise from radiating out.
